Directions to the Nashville Dermatologist’s Office: From Nashville International Airport: 1 Terminal Dr, Nashville, TN 37214 (~25 minutes)

  • Start out heading south towards Terminal Dr, keep left to stay on Terminal Dr.
  • Merge onto I-40 W, then take exit 213 on the left for I-440 W toward Memphis.
  • Continue onto I-440 W, then take the exit onto I-65 S towards Huntsville.
  • Take exit 69 for Galleria Blvd
  • Continue onto Galleria Blvd, then make a right onto Bakers Bridge Ave.
  • Turn left onto Mallory Ln, then turn right.
  • Turn right once more and Transformative Dermatology will be on your left.

Directions to the Nashville Dermatologist’s Office: From John C. Tune Airport: 110 Tune Airport Dr, Nashville, TN 37209 (~25 minutes)

  • From John C. Tune Airport, head southeast on Cockrill Bend Blvd/Cockrill Bend Industrial Rd toward Tufting Ct to get onto TN-155 S/Briley Pkwy.
  • Cockrill Bend Blvd turns slightly right and turns into Centennial Blvd.
  • Use the right lane to take the ramp to merge onto TN-155 S/Briley Pkwy.
  • Take the exit onto I-40 E towards Nashville.
  • Use the right two lanes to take exit 206 for I-440 E towards Knoxville, then continue onto I-440 E.
  • Keep left to stay on I-440, then take exit 5 to merge onto I-65 S towards Huntsville.
  • Take exit 69 for Galleria Blvd.
  • Continue onto Galleria Blvd, then make a right onto Bakers Bridge Ave.
  • Turn left onto Mallory Ln, then turn right.
  • Turn right once more and Transformative Dermatology will be on your left.
